Dale bridges the gap between practical theology and modern organisational realities, holding a B.Th. in Christian Counselling alongside extensive ICF-aligned Christian leadership coaching training. He has lead diverse teams in commercial and service sectors and has navigated the intense pressures of work-life-marriage tension while fulfilling deliverables firsthand.
Dale's passion is to co-create solutions that are practical tools—not just inspiration—for Christian leaders in the market place, to see them thrive and live a fulfilled life with impact and purpose.

Known affectionately as "Rev. Kev," Reverend Kevin Robertson brings over 40 years of executive leadership, pastoral care, and organisational coaching to the table. He holds a B.Th Honours and is a certified executive-level CliftonStrengths coach. Every morning, he delivers hard-hitting, multi-generational wisdom and daily audio devotions directly to our leaders, ensuring they start their day anchored in truth.
